Public Webinar Training

Public classes are taught via webinar with a live instructor. Our teaching style is “real-world” – no lengthy lectures, reciting regulation after regulation.

The primary focus is on U.S. DOT’s Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49 (49 CFR), it is the first step to establish full compliance in the United States. Also known as the “law of the land”, as it is used by DOT and FAA enforcement when conducting audits.  

Then we offer the required alternative regulations for air, vessel and military airlift transportation that must also be followed if you are preparing shipments for those modes of transport.

Student materials include a JGA Study Guide inclusive of Work Projects, a current edition of the 49 CFR. The IATA and/or IMDG Code regulations are available for purchase. In additional JGA will provide you with handouts and resources to assist you.
